Bio
Given that her parents met in a library, it is no surprise that Catherine Rossi owned a library card at age 4. She has been reading and writing ever since.
Catherine graduated from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), then dove headlong into the tech field where she wrangled words and people as frequently as code and data. Over her lengthy career, she published papers at conferences and authored technical documents.
A member of the North Carolina Writers’ Network, she writes fiction and humorous essays. When she isn’t writing you’ll find her volunteering in the community, performing with an oom-pah polka band, and following her beloved sports teams. She writes about strong, single women, using decades of bad dates as inspiration.
Her work has been published in Midstory Magazine and Raw Lit.
